Counselling for All, Specialising in Neurodiversity, Trauma & Later Life.

ADHD and Neurodiverse Support

I hold an ADHD- and neurodiversity-affirming perspective. This means I view neurological differences as part of natural human diversity, not as deficits. In counselling, I strive to create an environment of understanding, respect, and curiosity — one that honours your unique experiences and supports self-acceptance and growth.

Trauma Informed Counselling

Trauma can leave deep emotional and physical imprints, often affecting how we feel, think, and relate to others. In counselling, we take things slowly, creating a space that feels safe and grounded. My focus is on helping you regain a sense of control, rebuild confidence, and begin to heal in a way that feels right for you.

I am Fiona Knight, your counsellor and I offer Online Counselling , Walk and Talk Therapy and Counselling in your own home. I am trauma informed, neurodiversity-affirming and warm and friendly with my approach. Contact me for a free initial 20 minute consultation so that you can get to know me and decide if you would like to proceed with counselling.

I am warm and friendly and my counselling style is Integrative, person-centred and tailored to your needs.
