ADHD
Support tailored for ADHD individuals.Living with ADHD can bring both challenges and unique strengths. You may experience difficulties with focus, organisation, or emotional regulation — or perhaps a sense of frustration from being misunderstood. In our work together, I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, develop practical strategies, and build greater self-acceptance.
My approach recognises the individuality of every person with ADHD — what works for one may not for another — so our sessions are guided by your needs, pace, and preferences.

Trauma
Healing from past trauma experiences.Trauma can leave deep emotional and physical imprints, often affecting how we feel, think, and relate to others. In counselling, we take things slowly, creating a space that feels safe and grounded. My focus is on helping you regain a sense of control, rebuild confidence, and begin to heal in a way that feels right for you.
Each stage of life has its own joys and difficulties. For many older adults, counselling can be a gentle opportunity to talk about loss, change, or the search for meaning. I aim to offer kindness, curiosity, and respect, meeting you where you are and supporting you in your journey forward

FAQs
What is counselling?
Counselling is a supportive and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a trained professional. It offers the opportunity to gain insight, find clarity, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating. At its heart, counselling is about being heard, understood, and supported as you work toward greater wellbeing and self-awareness.

I work in an integrative, person-centred way, adapting techniques from different counselling approaches to suit your individual journey. My focus is on understanding you as a whole person, not just your challenges. I bring warmth, empathy, and attentiveness to every session, ensuring a compassionate and safe environment where you can reflect, grow, and heal at your own pace.
I am based in Bristol and I come to you or we meet up for walk and talk.
I work with adults from all walks of life who are seeking support, understanding, or change. My practice is open to anyone, and I have particular experience supporting those who are living with the effects of trauma, individuals with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity, and older adults navigating life transitions.
Sessions are for 60 minutes.
